Only Today 1.44 - Making Yourself Knowledgeable

The teacher says, “by making yourself knowledgeable and ingraining within your heart the undeniable fact that you have only today, you will certainly succeed”. So when we realize we have only today, if we’re willing to ingrain it in our hearts and to do the work to internalize it, then we will change and we will have the success he promises us.

Exercise: Write down in a list or with free writing what you believe is true about today and tomorrow? What do you want to internalize?
